Overview
The Bali pass trek is one of the best treks in the world. It’s a challenging trek, but it is worth it. This short yet spectacular walk will take you through some of the most beautiful landscapes on Earth and provide you with many opportunities to see wildlife up close.
The Bali pass trek starts from Deosai plains, where visitors can observe native animals like yak and blue sheep as well as leopards lurking around their campsite! After spending two nights camping out at Deosai Plains Campsite (which has been recently upgraded), we continued our journey towards Namche Bazaar where we spent another night before reaching Gorak Shep Campsite along with some amazing views along this part of our trip! and also the view is amazing for making reels on social media
The route of the trek
The route of the trek is as follows:
Kagbeni, Nepal.
The trek will pass through the Himalayan region of Nepal.
It will end in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The total distance covered by this adventure is 12 days long with a height difference of 3,000 meters (9,858 feet). You need to be fit and healthy before starting this tour because it is steep and full of terrains that could be dangerous for people who don’t know how to handle themselves well enough during their journey
Accommodation
The best accommodation options in the area are:
Ubud Homestays. This is a popular choice for travelers who want to experience Balinese culture and cuisine while staying at home with their family. Their homestay homes are located in various parts of Bali and they offer free meals, laundry service, towels and bed sheets as well as other amenities like cooking utensils and crockeryware. If you’re looking for something more luxurious than that then we recommend staying at one of their hotels or resorts instead (more on this later).
Don’t forget about Seminyak Hotel or Resort which has many different types of rooms available including villas!
The Trekking Gear You Need
For this trek you will need the following gear:
Trekking shoes. They should be sturdy, waterproof and comfortable. You can buy them in Bali or bring your own pair of hiking boots if you prefer to do so. Try to find a pair with good traction on wet surfaces, such as mud or snow; this is important because the trail is often wet at higher elevations during the monsoon season (June through September).
Trekking poles are also essential for keeping your balance while walking up steep slopes or rocky outcrops where there’s no path available for you to follow along with your feet! They may seem like an unnecessary expense at first glance but trust us when we say that they will make all the difference in terms of safety when trying not fall down from exhaustion after climbing multiple hours at a time throughout each day’s journey before bedtime comes around again later that night…
Permits and Ticketing Information
Permits and ticketing information are available from the Nepal Tourism Board. You can get your permit at any travel agent in Kathmandu or Pokhara. Permits cost $50 per person, which is valid for 3 days.
